Belfast Community Co-op, whose mission is to bring locally sourced, reasonably priced, organic and natural products to all, is looking for a Front End Floor Manager to join our team!

Starting at $18.48 hourly, this is a Full Time position

• focusing on afternoon and closing shifts.

Our Front End Floor Managers (FMs), are the on-shift leads of the Front End Department. Floor Managers are responsible for the smooth function of the Front End department during a shift, opening or closing the store as scheduled. The ideal candidate would be customer service focused, solution-oriented, and an effective leader.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires frequent interaction with the public, in person and over the telephone.
