Pay : $17.00 plus 10% Shift Differential

Shift 2nd shift

Location Troy, Ohio

Description

You will be assembling reducers and motors. The role also involves all aspects of the assembly process, such as managing inventory stock, pulling parts, handling repair, restock, and warranty evaluations, and performing testing and service. Additional duties include washing, prepping, and painting parts, packing, managing shipping and receiving, and general cleanup. Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience are required, including a strong background in hand assembly.

Job Details and Duties

Starting pay $17.00 plus 10% Shift differential

Hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives.

Maintain parts stock between assembly lines.

Putting up inventory stock, parts pulling.

Repair / restock / warranty evaluations.

Testing and service.

Wash / prep / paint.

Packing, shipping / receiving and general clean up.

Use calipers, depth and paint millage gauges.

Visually inspect all work and rework as necessary.

Comply with all current ISO Quality and Work Instructions.

Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience is required.

Have a background in hand assembly.

Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work

Must be able to continuously meet the Company’s production requirements

Must be able to occasionally sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, push and pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.

Ability to perform all tasks listed in job duties above
