General Purpose of an On-Site Specialist :
The On-Site Specialist supports the overall success and improvement of the client's On-Site program. They must exercise independent judgment and discretion in effectively guiding the activities of all associates and to ensure job performance goals are met or exceeded. This includes coaching, counseling, disciplining, and terminating associates when appropriate. They will create a strong bond with all temporary associates, reinforcing the employer-associate relationship and their commitment to the client. All employees consistently support and promote the company mission, five key beliefs, and philosophies, and provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
