We’re looking for a results-drive , relationship-focused Account Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands the urgency of disaster response… (we’ll teach you if you don’t). Whether you bring restoration industry experience or a strong network in sectors that rely on emergency services (insurance, property management, construction, etc..) you’ll play a trusted advisor role while delivering peace to our clients.

In this role, you’ll actively identify, engage, and grow relationships with new and existing clients, presenting tailored solutions that align with BELFOR’s trusted reputation for excellence. You’ll be supported by an international brand and a local team that works collaboratively to win business and take market share.

What we expect :

• Actively prospect, engage, and close business
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Follow up on leads from activity, marketing efforts, and referrals
• Represent the BELFOR brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
• Partner with the operations teams to ensure clear expectations and customer satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends, compeititor activity, and service offerings
• Support team goals and work with the both sales teams and operations teams

What you bring :

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 3 years of successful B2B sales experience; restoration, insurance, construction background a plus
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a FULL SALES CYCLE (if you don’t know what this is, we’ll teach you!)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule, including some overnight travel
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
