Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of property reconstruction projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, performing site inspections, ensuring resources and materials are expedited effectively, and maintaining communication with clients and team members. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Experience with Expediting and Logistics Management
- Proficient in performing site Inspections and ensuring quality control
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in property restoration or construction is a plus
- Relevant certifications in Project Management or related fields are beneficial
