As a Jujitsu Trainer, you’ll be the heartbeat of our mats, teaching students aged 3–17 and adults the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while embodying our mission to transform lives through discipline. You’ll inspire confidence, instill respect, and equip warriors for life’s battles—both on and off the mat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Dynamic Classes: Lead age-specific Jiu-Jitsu sessions for kids (playful drills, anti-bullying techniques) and adults (self-defense, advanced grappling).
- Embed the REFLECT Method: Integrate core values like respect, leadership, and tenacity into every lesson.
- Foster Safe Spaces: Create an inclusive, value-centered environment where students grow mentally, physically, and spiritually.
- Mentor Future Champions: Identify and nurture talent in competitive students while prioritizing character over trophies.
- Collaborate with Team: Work alongside Vitor Belfort and coaches to refine curriculum and uphold academy standards.

What We’re Looking For:
- Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (IBJJF or equivalent certification preferred).
- Experience Teaching Kids: Ability to engage children (3–17) with patience, creativity, and a focus on anti-bullying.
- Adult Training Expertise: Skilled in teaching self-defense, competition prep, and fitness-driven Jiu-Jitsu.

- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
