Essential Job Duties
- Develops and administers informal assessments for students.
- Provides a safe environment for the students.
- Maintains accurate records of student attendance and grades.
- Follows school procedures pertaining to duty assignments, such as lunch duty, hall duty, homeroom duty and recess duty.
- Collaborates with parents, staff, and outside professionals concerning students.
- Supervise students during fire drills.
- Participates in teacher meetings.
- Meets with other teachers to prepare lessons.
- Attends and participates in team meetings.
- Additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Principal may be required.
- May monitor and attend extra-curricular events and social activities as needed.
- May oversee and provide direction to paraprofessionals.

Current State of Montana Educator License.Grade 5-12 English EndorsementSuccessful teaching experience in a K-12 school system.Preferred Qualifications

Montana Driver's license or the ability to obtain license within three months of hire date.Equipment
