Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of contract administrators, technicians, and support staff.
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with JBC, NEC, and FIDIC contract requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure high-quality inspections, repairs, and service delivery.
- Monitor department performance, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions.
- Support sales and business development efforts by preparing proposals and quotations.
- Recruit and onboard employees or subcontractors in line with business growth plans.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive team motivation.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company procedures.
Requirements
- Experience with JBC, NEC, and FIDIC contracts (Essential).
- Proven track record in contract management, operations, or service delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
