The scheduler is responsible for greeting patients and working with them in person, on the phone, or through electronic communication to meet their needs regarding scheduling. They will organize the workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting patient information, and managing assignments.

- Optimizing patients satisfaction and provider time by directing call appropriately
