- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget
- Design and create customized travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, car rentals, tours, and activities
- Research and recommend travel destinations, local attractions, and hidden gems based on client interests
- Provide expert advice on travel documentation, including passport requirements, visas, and travel insurance
- Collaborate with vendors, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best options and rates for clients
- Keep clients informed of any travel updates, changes, or potential issues regarding their itineraries
- Assist with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours
- Handle client inquiries and address any concerns or issues before, during, or after travel
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, popular destinations, and exclusive deals
- Manage multiple client bookings and timelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Provide travel tips and advice, including recommendations on local culture, dining, and transportation options
- Offer post-trip support by gathering feedback to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Proven experience in travel planning, travel consulting, or a related customer service field
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and itineraries at once
