Duties
- Manage incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Support office operations by handling correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize office phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office management.
- Produce, manage, and disseminate school communications including family emails, newsletters, and social media content.
- Assist with event coordination and management as directed by the principal.
- Act as a personal assistant to the principal, assisting with various administrative tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office setting is preferred, with a focus on roles within a school setting or as a personal assistant being advantageous.
- Background and understanding of school operations is highly desirable for this role as well as previous experience working with high school students and families.
- Strong computer literacy skills are essential, including proficiency in office software applications.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and data entry processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
- A background in customer support will be beneficial in providing top-notch service to families.
