Objective
The Sales Specialist role markets, prospects, and sells American Family Insurance products. You will also maintain effective customer relationships, anticipate customer needs, and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings. The agency is seeking a highly motivated, positive and experienced individual to join our winning team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in Agency' growth through consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers.
- Proactively cross-sells and coordinates with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers
- Prospects for new business through leads, telephone calls, networking.
- Meets and exceeds monthly/quarterly sales goals as set by the agency.
- Provide prompt service and communication to existing or new customers by assisting with cancellations, policy changes and sales requests within a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Must obtain Property & Casualty insurance license ahead of first day of employment.
- Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Experience with PC software systems (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience using a wide range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptop computers.
Salary : $36,000 - $70,000
