Sr. Application Support Analyst. Job location : Charlotte, NC. Remote employment from anywhere in the U.S. reporting to HQ at Charlotte, NC. Duties : Resolve production issues in merchandizing products including Bamboo Rose's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), IBM's PIM, SAS' SPO and SAS' Planning applications. Troubleshoot production issues of different criticalities with appropriate urgency and maintain the application uptime as per defined SLAs. Perform incident resolution against established SLAs and ensure proper documentation (SOP) of the solution procedures. Perform and oversee troubleshooting, bug fixing, testing and production deployment activities using JIRA. Resolve functional and system errors in PLM. Handle batch jobs in SAS applications across SAS planning, SAS Forecast and SAS SPO. Requires : B.S. degree (or foreign equiv.) in Comp. Sci., Eng. or related field & 5 yrs. exp. in job offered or 5 yrs. exp. as an Analyst, Engineer or Consultant.
