Job Summary (General Responsibilities):
As an Associate National Account Manager at Belkin, you will be responsible for business analytics, sales team support, and operational oversight that drives sales. Provide insights to Belkin cross functional teams and customers and oversee operational tasks. Interface with other departments as needed and outlined below to drive business within partnerships and resolve any issues that may arise.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute upon business plans with the NAMs or Sales Director to meet or exceed the sales and profit goals established by executive leadership
- Strive to increase net sales by reducing Returns and Allowances and achieving operational proficiency
Analytics
- Provide insights to develop and execute business plans, strategies, and gaps in business to deliver sales and profit goals with Business Development Manager, NAM or Sales Director.
- Promotional Analysis when applicable
- Create and execute a regular cadence for store visits and provide a report including market maps and photos to the NAMs and Sales Director
- Refine and maintain monthly and annual NPD reporting for US and/or Canada. Utilize weekly NPD reports to provide timely insights.
- Generate & analyze weekly customer consumption reports to determine key business trends, opportunities and report out internally and to the external buyers as needed
Customer Support
- Assist NAMs with all account related questions, issues, and concerns and internal goals
- Work with PM, Channel Marketing, Sales Ops, Sustainability, Compliance, Warehouse and Planning to secure all required customer item setup information in a timely manner and maintain a calendar of due dates for each account and asset needed
- Work with NAMs and PM on assets and information needed for PowerPoint presentations for Line Review meetings
- Learn and remain proficient on the Belkin product lines
- Responsible for product pages and portfolio assets online: set up/maintain/update all content, work with marketing to make sure imagery, reviews and syndicated content are loaded/linked, maximum search words are present, pricing is accurate, etc.
- Assist customers (internal and external) with all account related questions, issues, or concerns. Provide accurate, timely information to the customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, and quotes.
- Order and PO Management: Provide accurate and timely information on order status, back orders, ETA’s, and shipments
- Fines Management: Oversee shipping violation disputes; track and assist with reducing compliance fines
- Air Freight Monitoring and Reporting (root cause)
- Salesforce Entries for retail promotions and Programs & Allowances
- Submit and manage of sample orders
- Post Audit Assistance
- NPC Inputs
- Work with Finance on FIMO’s and maintain a system to track all approved FIMO’s for each account
- Track the sales team’s procedures (SOPs)
- Achieve flawless new item launches and exit strategies: Tracking significant dates, IOQ, Product Management Roadmaps, etc.
- Travel to tradeshows and customer sites as required. Depending on assignment, international travel may be required
- Conduct customer product trainings and support in-store sales events
Leadership
- Demonstrate an ability to build and/or establish strong relationships with existing and new partners including our product managers, marketing and planning team, merchants, etc. to grow top and bottom-line sales growth.
- Adapt to competing demands and new responsibilities. Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
- Accountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support ISO system.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be able to quickly build trust/rapport with key customers and can overcome obstacles
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing customer demands and sense of urgency
- 4-year college degree
- Candidate should have 2 years previous work experience in analytics
- Expert level proficiency with full Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with retailer specific portal and NPD is preferred

Range for this position:
$58,656 - $70,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
