Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the service plumbing industry, with expertise in estimating, scheduling, and site management. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage teams effectively and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
• Manage 10 Service Vans and employees with support from the department.
• Conduct estimating and negotiate contracts for various projects.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor construction sites for safety compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices.

Skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in construction estimating techniques and contract management.
• Familiarity with Service Titan a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and safety regulations.
