Pay Range
- Hourly rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities
As a Parts Supervisor, you will be:
- Responsible for ensuring the Parts Score Card expectations are met growth targets, phone answer rates, DCP goals, inventory integrity, FPF, cash inhouse account, and open invoices
- Execute Belkorp Ag’s companywide direction and location goals
- Responsible for meeting Podium requirements/goals
- Monitors monthly parts department goals and budget for the region in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives
- Responsible for time and attendance, training, development, efficiency, disciplinary action, reviews, and performance for employees under your leadership
- Develop and manage a culture of trust between Belkorp Ag customers, locations, and Firebaugh employees
- Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction as well as service department efficiencies.
- Monitors individual and overall department performance relative to parts sales and expense control across the company in line with the organization’s objectives
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and warehouse
- Participate in the on-call program
- Schedule and participate in rotating work schedules, including Saturdays
- Monitor and follow up on parts shortage and expedite ordering as required
- Front counter backup as necessary
- Supply service technicians with parts as required
- Maintained an accurate inventory and cycle counts
- Maintain records of pickup and deliveries and obtain necessary signatures and receipts
- Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment
- Manage the monthly parts return
- Approve employees' time in ADP
- Ensure the MAPS program is properly stocked for orders placed by large users of the program
- Assist outside parts salesperson in parts sales to non-current Belkorp Ag customers
- Advertise and promote all current John Deere promotions and offerings
- Participate in perpetual or annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Promote and sell products and services to customers
- Deliver parts to customers and parts drop boxes as necessary
- Responsible for and backing up all positions within the parts department.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of high School diploma plus 4 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of parts, machinery, and a basic understanding of inventory management principles
- Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
- Data entry and ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to write and speak effectively
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Forklift experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
