JOB SUMMARY:
Collects, analyzes, and evaluates data for the company to make profitable business decisions. Utilize standard project management methodology to deliver intended end results and apply process improvement changes. Develop tools and provide logic and reasoning to eliminate process challenges that may be inhibiting total efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform quality assurance.
- Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
- Partners with operations and sub-groups to provide analytical feedback and recommend actions for process improvement.
- Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration.
- Align with QA & Safety on business objectives and improvement projects to ensure alignment with Safety, Food Safety & Quality practices
- Develop scheduling tool to decrease cost through increased labor efficiency.
- Maintain and organize labor reports, crewing guides and change forms.
- Communicate key insights and findings to operations or any sub-group.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or at least 3 years of experience in the field. Has project management and business analysis skills.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
