JOB SUMMARY: The Network Administrator supports the operation of company server, network, cloud, and datacenter operations. This role directly supports the business and manufacturing operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following:
- Administration of Cisco Network Infrastructure, including Switches, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, and Firewalls.
- Install, configure, and manage VMWare vSphere, VXRail, vSAN and other virtualization technologies.
- Administer, monitor, and maintain the Windows server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Advanced Support for all Microsoft M365 Services, Azure, EntraID, and Intune.
- Evaluate and provide guidance on future technology roadmap.
- Must have fluent knowledge of VLans, Subnetting, and overall network design.
- Administration of Meraki Wireless, Firewall, and Switches
- SAN Administration, Dell/EMC Compellent, VNX, Synology
- Experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Dell VXRail a plus.
- Experience with PLC/Manufacturing Controllers a big plus.
- Experience Administering Server Backups, familiarity with Dell/EMC Avamar a plus
- Experience Administering VOIP Systems
- Experience Administering Active Directory Domain Services, including Group Policy Management, Sites and Services, and Domain Controllers
- Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Intune
- Perform second tier and supplemental helpdesk support as needed.
- Support for Cisco Duo platform
- Familiarity with PKI, Microsoft Certificate Services
- Microsoft DHCP and DNS Administration
- Management of Public DNS Records, and SSL Certs
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
