Bell & Associates has been engaged to help our client recruit their next Controller. Our client is seeking a Senior Controller with experience in a manufacturing environment and an emphasis on cost accounting to lead our financial operations and drive cost management initiatives. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker who can combine technical accounting expertise with leadership skills, delivering precise financial reporting.
The job is to not just report the numbers, but “get behind the numbers.” The business needs a leader to provide the management team with the data to make finance-based decisions in real-time. Strategically, the management team needs this leader to build accounting and finance systems around the needs of the business and grow with the business.
The position offers the flexibility of a partially remote work environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at our manufacturing facility. We are flexible in setting up this hybrid/remote environment and will work with the right candidate to create a schedule that is a fit for both the candidate and the business.
