Order Management: Process and review customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to confirm order details, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
Coordination: Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
Data Entry: Maintain and update records of orders, invoices, and shipping details in the system.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or returns promptly.
Compliance: Ensure all order processes comply with company standards, policies, and industry regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline order processing and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in order processing with large retail customers such as Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart etc.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and order management software such as Oracle or SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
