Job Summary
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative products, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Provide project management leadership to teams for new product development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Design and Realization: Lead the transformation of product roadmaps and requirements into project scope, design, and product realization requirements.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with estimating and sales to establish product cost targets and measures, assist with identifying and establishing supply chain resources for initial materials, technology, and services required to achieve design goals.
- Risk and Mitigation Planning: Develop and lead Risk and Mitigation plans for projects, define and lead contingency option assessments when needed, then select and execute mitigation plans.
