We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the financial future of our company through insightful reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with department heads to track KPIs, identify trends, and improve financial outcomes.
- Create and present dashboards, financial reports, and variance analyses to senior leadership.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess potential risks and opportunities.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA is required
- 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with [e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Tableau, or similar tools] is a plus.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
