Senior FP&A Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, scenario planning, and investment opportunities.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with department leaders to support financial decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and analytical tools.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Workday Adaptive Planning).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a corporate finance environment, preferably in a multinational or high-growth company.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
