Job Summary :
This position is responsible for providing support to the accounts payable team and the supply coordinator in the accounting department of Bell Bank. The primary responsibilities in this role are to assist with the processing of vendor invoices in the electronic Concur Invoice system and assist with supply orders / supply room inventory.
Primary Duties :
Monitor inbox and send electronic invoices to the Concur Invoice system. Perform verification steps to ensure scanned invoices match details captured in the system. Assign electronic invoice to appropriate owner for approval within internal designated timeframe.
Order, organize and maintain the supplies for Bell Bank locations. This includes maintaining proper inventory levels, managing lead times for the various products, minimizing obsolete inventory and taking and processing supply orders from the various locations.
