Job Summary:
This position is responsible for consumer and commercial payment processing. This includes the processing of loan payments, payoffs and advances. Workflow, reports and incoming email requests are monitored to receive, track and ensure timely processing of daily workload.
Primary Duties:
- Monitor the daily payment processing workflow.
- Process loan payments, payoffs and advances received via workflow, incoming wires and email requests.
- Perform research of assigned reports and ensure required actions are completed timely and accurately.
- Review the vendor online payments report to ensure proper posting of entries.
- Process entries for credit card payments received.
- Update floor plan collateral and perform monthly reconciliation.
- Provide courteous, prompt and accurate resolution to incoming phone calls and emails.
- Share knowledge by assisting and training team members as needed.

Job Skills Required:
- High School Diploma
- Loan operations or equivalent work-related experience. Working knowledge of rules, regulations and policies helpful.
- Ability to be flexible and multi task in a variety of positions.
- Knowledge of basic account balancing and reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide professional support and portray a positive image of the department and bank in all circumstances.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with pc software such as Microsoft Office required.
