Job Summary:
This position processes all treasury product implementation requests, as well as performs maintenance on existing customers/products for all regions. The role will partner with Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Relationship Support, and other Commercial/TM Operations team members to implement new services, and maintain existing services, to ensure an accurate and positive customer experience. This position may also research and problem-solve issues and perform other various maintenance requests as needed.
Primary Duties:
- Assist with high-volume, less complex implementation requests as needed.
- Use a project management approach to expedite complex implementation requests, including establishing and communicating deadlines and tracking vendor set ups to ensure the successful completion of requests.
- Provide outstanding customer service while assisting internal and external Commercial or Treasury Management customers throughout the implementation process.
- Assist with implementation communications, including responding to incoming telephone calls, e-mail, and voicemail.
- Work with outside vendors and other organizational departments to research and resolve implementation matters for both team members and customers.
- Complete all annual training in order to maintain knowledge of Bell Bank products and regulations as required.
- Follow established policies and procedures, accurately and efficiently, to meet team quality standards.
- Adhere to all Bell Bank standards, policies and procedures as well as banking laws and regulations.
- Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.
- Know and practice LOCBUTN, our Golden Rules, and Bell Bank Customer Service Standards.
- Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.
- Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, the Bell Bank Employee Conduct policies, the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

- Prompt and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Required:
- B.A. in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and/or related work experience.
- 2 years implementation, project management experience, or a combination of both preferred.
- 2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and effective problem resolution skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to complete task assignments with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-volume work flow with multiple priorities and interruptions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a virtual team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers and customers.
- Competent in the use of personal computer systems, internet applications and electronic mail, and various windows-based software applications.
