Full Job Description:
The CNA will interact directly with residents within the geriatric patient population. Duties include but were not limited to ADL, vital signs, comfort care, safe patient transfers, monitoring for patient safety, and effective communication with families & team members.

Those who have been chosen to be a part of our team will work within our contracted LTC facilities within the Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester & Bucks counties, as either one of our employees (PRN, part-time or full-time positions) or as an independent contractor that accepts (4,6 & 12-week assignments). Prospective employees are expected to receive shifts and start working within days of acceptance of the current position. Employees are expected to complete all daily charting of their assignments and clock in/out of every shift assigned.

- 3 years or more of long-term care experience.
