Position Overview
Spray Dry Operator responsibilities are to Produce spray-dried products in accordance with customer needs, GMP regulations & Bell's guidelines. Follows all safety requirements; works in a safe manner; ensures coworkers safety.
Your Daily Responsibilities will be:
- Make emulsion properly.
- Obtain proper raw materials as indicated on batch cards using forklift, etc.
- Properly operate dryer-turn on, in process, turn off.
- Properly operate scrubbers & sifters. Use chemicals on quad.
- Fill containers with proper label, palletize.
- Clean dryer using approved methods. Includes lockout and disassembly.
- Clean room & keep sanitary compliance.
- Proper dryer maintenance required filters, etc.
- Keep accurate records.
- Kosherize when necessary.
- Works within proper GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, etc. guidelines.
- Other duties as required by the manager.
