As Our Junior Flavorist, You Will
- Assist in developing and optimizing unique beverage flavors for a variety of applications.
- Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure flavor quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer-driven projects.
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations and comply with industry regulations.
- Work hands-on in the lab, operating equipment and ensuring a safe, organized environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Apprentice or certified membership in the Society of Flavor Chemists (required).
- An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
- A passion for learning and growing in the flavor industry.
