At Bell, we craft high-quality flavor and fragrance solutions that bring products to life. As a Regulatory Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet local, national, and international regulations while supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assign regulatory tasks, ensuring timely responses to requests.
- Oversee and monitor the regulatory inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Handle customer portal requests and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in collaboration with the Legal team.
- Prepare, review, and maintain critical regulatory documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), allergen declarations, ingredient statements, and certifications.
- Organize and maintain regulatory databases for compliance documents.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with regulatory information for product launches.
- Assist in supplier document requests for raw material projects.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years in regulatory affairs, preferably in flavor, fragrance, or food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and regulatory software.
- Experience with third-party certifications (Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO, Organic) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
