Bell Repair and Overhaul Services, Fort Worth
Bring your experience and ideas and help us develop human-in-the-loop simulation environments for test and evaluation of manned and optionally manned aircraft. You’ll work with test pilots and engineers to improve aircraft models for real-time simulation and desktop analysis. What you’ll be doing as a Leader, Equipment Maintenance (Front Line Supervisor)
- Responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians in the day-to-day operations of an industrial maintenance department. This includes working closely with a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to ensure that all maintenance activities, including preventative and predictive maintenance, are executed efficiently.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to supervise and execute all maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that scheduled maintenance is completed on time.
- Coordinate with other departments, including production, quality, equipment, process, and industrial engineering, to ensure that maintenance activities do not interfere with production schedules.
- Monitor and track maintenance activities, including work orders, parts orders, and equipment performance data, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and work with management to develop and implement a budget for maintenance activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed to ensure that all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Inspect/audit work in progress and upon completion, focusing on safety and quality of work.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and increase overall efficiency.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in an industrial maintenance or related field
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or front-line leader
- Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices and procedures, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You’ll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule
