Berge Auto Group has an immediate need for a Warranty Clerk at Bell Ford, Phoenix AZ
Warranty Clerks are critical in processing claims with our manufactures and perform a wide variety of administrative and staff support duties associated with vehicle warranties and dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, reviews and processes all warranty claims on a timely basis
- Assist service consultants in closing all open warranty RO's
- Keep abreast of all factory recalls and announcements
- Communicates with service advisors and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution.
- Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion
