Part Time Leasing Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, positive, motivated, bi-lingual, and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for using our unique leasing process to help our prospective residents find their perfect apartment home. Your expertise in property leasing and customer service will be essential in promoting our available apartment homes and maintaining strong relationships with current residents. This is a part-time position including some weekend hours.

Duties

• Help prospective residents find their one perfect apartment home by asking questions to find out exactly what they are looking for in a new home.
• Using the information gleaned to build rapport and help them select the home that best suits the needs they have communicated.
• Assist the prospective resident with the application and move in process in order to make their move a positive experience.
• Communicate with current residents in the same helpful way ensuring their needs continue to be met.
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Manage tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing ideas and implementation of those ideas.
• Stay informed about local rental market trends and competitive properties.

Experience

• Previous experience in property leasing or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent Spanish preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
