Position Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the execution of new product development projects. In this role, the Project Manager will act as a central point of contact for customers while managing collaboration across internal cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations. Throughout the project's lifecycle, you'll serve as the communication bridge between our staff and clients, making crucial decisions to maintain its momentum. In instances where various teams collaborate on a singular project, you'll act as the unifying touchpoint, ensuring harmony and synergy in their efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management and relevant stakeholders to clearly define the project scope, timeline and budgets.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing projects.
- Participate in business development discussions to explain our project approach and address client inquiries.
- Manage and coordinate new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Work with the cross functional teams to ensure formula and packaging feasibility, testing, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate and lead regular status meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate closely with internal R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to translate customer requirements to actionable plans.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging for development and testing.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Maintain detailed project documentation through our project management software.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients to foster trust.
- Uphold an exceptional standard of personalized customer service.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Act as a bridge between internal departments and external clients, ensuring consistent support and project delivery.
Requirements

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration or Communications
- 5 years of personal care/beauty industry experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- 10 years of experience in Project Management/Sales/Customer Service environment.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
