Position Summary :
As the Compounding Manager in our dynamic personal care contract manufacturing environment, you will lead the compounding and sanitization departments. Your mission will be to strategically plan, organize, and develop processes and objectives to meet and exceed production goals, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership : Oversee the management of compounding, sanitization, and chemical room operations, ensuring optimal use of personnel, materials, equipment, and time.
- Budget Management : Develop and oversee the compounding department's annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
- Team Development : Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and the implementation of corrective actions, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quality and Compliance : Ensure all compounding activities comply with GMP standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain the integrity of the quality system, overseeing documentation, corrective actions, and deviation reporting.
- Safety and Efficiency : Champion a culture of safety and efficiency, implementing OSHA guidelines and continuously seeking process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compounding operations with overall production needs and company objectives. Spearhead continuous improvement projects to advance operational excellence.
