Lawn Division Sales Manager

Bell Landscaping Inc. is seeking an experienced Lawn Division Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position

• This position will be responsible for sales, and account customer service. This position will require knowledge in lawn maintenance, fertilizer, etc. Successful candidate will be responsible for keeping accurate records on customer accounts. Manage all aspects of the sales process including assessing customer needs, negotiating sales contracts, and closing new accounts.
• Generate revenue to meet and exceed individual sales goals.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Lawn Division Sales Manager Expectations:

Manage accounts and ensure crews with quality assurance

Inquire new sales/accounts with the expectation of growth each season

Manage customer service for services we don't directly perform

Winter Duties:

Snow account management & sales

Manage all customer concerns, ensure assurance for Bell snow customers

Oversee Prepay/ Renewal process for the upcoming season

Individuals who meet the following qualifications for this position will be considered:

· Must be self-motivated team player and possess strong leadership skills

· Must be well organized with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task

· Must have basic knowledge of math conversions (Sq. Ft to Sq Yds; Cu. Ft. to Cu. Yd.)

· Possess ability to measure an area and convey details to staff

· Must possess sales ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Lawn/Fertilizer Background
• SA5, Smartsheet and Office Suite Knowledge (Willing to train)
