About the Company - Bell Law Group is seeking an attorney with 3-6 years of employment litigation experience to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners and more senior associates. All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in New York. WE PROVIDE QUARTERLY BONUSES FOR MATTER GENERATION AND SUPPORT NETWORKING EFFORTS. Thus, we have many attorney's earning over 2x their base salary. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, handling Agency proceedings such as EEOC and DHR, and participating in mediations. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with clients. We are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, a desire to build a book of business and a relentless commitment to growth and client service.

Preferred Skills
Pay range and compensation package - The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one of Bell Law Group’s total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; health insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
