Currently looking for a reliable maintenance technician to take care of general maintenance for apartment complexes in the Joplin, MO area. Must have experience in the maintenance field. This is a full-time position, requiring an average of 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. Apply today!! Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities Included:
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Patching drywall and Painting Units
- Basic Plumbing Skills
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Completing work orders
- Landscaping/grounds
Must have reliable transportation, provide your own basic hand tools, and pass a criminal background check.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
