Currently looking for a reliable maintenance technician to take care of general maintenance for apartment complexes in the Seneca, MO / Miami, OK area. Must have experience in the maintenance field. Responsibilities Included:
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Patching drywall and Painting Units
- Basic Plumbing Skills
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Completing work orders
- Landscaping/grounds
Must have reliable transportation, provide your own basic hand tools, and pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
