Currently looking for a reliable maintenance technician to take care of general maintenance for apartment complexes in the Butler, MO area! Must have experience in the maintenance field. This is a full time position and hours will vary from 30-40 hours weekly. Apply today!! Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities Included:
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Patching drywall and Painting Units
- Basic Plumbing Skills
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Completing work orders
- Minimal landscaping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
