Bell Moving and Storage, agent for Wheaton Worldwide Moving, is currently seeking an inside sales representative/relocation consultant. (Household Goods Moving and Storage)

Position: Relocation Consultant (Inside sales)
Location: Greater Cincinnati market (Hybrid)
Essential Functions And Duties
- Conduct phone and virtual surveys of customer's home or office and provide relocation consultation to customer
- Provide accurate estimate and close business on assigned leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals set by management
- Provide general sales support
- National Account Management
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for operations
- Diligently follow up on all leads and attempt to close all pending customers
- Coordinate local moves with operations after they have been booked
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Must be Highly Organized
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of basic computer software
- Verbal and written skills
- Multitasking
- Ability to operate an iPad, laptop and desktop computer
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree and moving and storage industry, real estate, or sales experience strongly preferred. High School diploma and or GED is required.
- Within 30 days of hiring, employee would be required to complete AMSA Certified Move Consultant certification (paid for by company)
