Morning to Afternoon Merchandiser at Bell Nursery
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Morning to Afternoon Merchandiser. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail partners have an excellent shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
• Unload product deliveries manually or with assistance from other team members
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
• Provide basic customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
