About the Role
Bell Nursery, a business unit of Central Garden & Pet, is seeking a bi-lingual Human Resources Manager with leadership and multi-tasking skills to support multiple farm sites within the Live Goods business. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred.
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading talent acquisition and development initiatives, including creating and maintaining critical HR administrative functions. They will also develop and implement policies and procedures, lead onboarding and new-hire orientations, and facilitate training programs for employees.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in HR. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
