Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, checking in and out appointments, invoicing, working closely with the doctor and team members to ensure a smooth work flow.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on services, resolve issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills
- Strong background in account management.
- Proven experience in customer service with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
