Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Development Manager to focus on e-marketing efforts for our outplacement services. This remote role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, expertise in email marketing, and experience using Microsoft Office and other marketing tools. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute e-marketing campaigns to promote outplacement services.
Utilize email marketing tools to engage with potential clients and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
Create and deliver compelling email templates, proposals, and presentations.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of e-marketing campaigns to optimize results.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Stay updated on e-marketing trends and best practices to enhance outreach strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently.
