Job Title : Project Engineer
Location : Vancouver, WA
Salary Range : USD- $120,000 annually
Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time
Citizenship : USC or Green card Holder
Responsibilities :
The Project Engineer will support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in the following areas :
Managing project controls in the field, including project submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Tracking and reporting project quantities.
Providing technical interpretation of project requirements to trade labor.
Conducting survey and layout activities.
Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Assisting in project schedule updates.
Ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
Required :
A degree in Construction Engineering Management or Civil Engineering OR a minimum of 4 years of project engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to handle challenges, adapt to changing conditions, and manage multiple priorities independently.
Strong economic-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills for informed decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Additional Requirements :
Willingness to travel and / or relocate to project locations for the duration of the project.
