Job Description : Structural Engineer

Location : Waukesha, WI

Salary : USD- $140,000 per year

Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Citizenship : USC or Green card Holder

Key Responsibilities :

Perform structural and forensic investigations on commercial and residential structures.

Conduct site visits, including structural and forensic inspections, to assess conditions and identify issues.

Compile, write, and edit technical reports, feasibility studies, letters, memos, and project specifications.

Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, insurance professionals, and property managers.

Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.

Required Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have a passion for structural design, a sound technical background, and enjoy working with a highly respected structural engineering group

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering

A Professional Engineering (PE) license, or ability to obtain in 6 months

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural design of bridges and other structures

Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills

A valid driver's license with a good driving record

Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.

In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial building materials, systems, and assemblies.

Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
