Position Overview :
We're seeking an experienced Level II Technical Support Specialist to join our team of certified professionals. This role focuses on advanced problem-solving, project implementation, and delivering exceptional technical support to our valued clients across our Startup, Growth, and Enterprise service plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead resolution of escalated technical issues requiring advanced troubleshooting
- Perform comprehensive remote network and server diagnostics
- Implement and manage new security technologies
- Support compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Analyze complex technical situations and determine optimal solutions
- Drive project implementations from conception to completion
- Manage and maintain client networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement and configure Microsoft 365, AWS, and Cisco solutions
- Execute server and cloud environment migrations
- Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients
- Monitor and manage tickets through help desk system
- Utilize RMM tools for proactive system maintenance
- Support VOIP phone systems and managed print services
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
