Day in the Life of an Associate Integrated Program Scheduler

No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As an Associate Integrated Program Scheduler at Bell, you can expect to…
- Create, coordinate, review, and track schedules to facilitate program execution.
- Present management and customers with timely status.
- Review and report performance against plans.
- Support internal program management reviews and risk assessments
- Lead schedule analysis such as Critical Path analysis, multiple float path analysis, resource leveling, and schedule optimization.
- Review, correct, and report schedule performance to plans and provide alternatives and corrective action plans as appropriate.
- Actively engage in training opportunities to develop career specific growth.
What You Will Need to be Successful
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or other applicable discipline required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Strong initiative and willingness to develop solutions to a variety of schedule requests in a team environment
- Experience using project management/scheduling software such as primavera P6, Open Plan or Microsoft Project and previous work experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Basic understanding of aircraft design, development, production, procurement, and assembly processes
- Advanced MS Office skills such as VBA programming for macros
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Planning and Scheduling Professional Certification (PSP)
- Master’s Degree in applicable discipline
