We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.
This position is onsite in Fort Worth Certification and ODA Administration
Bell has an opening for a Civil Certification Training Specialist supporting commercial certification activities.
In this role, the Civil Certification Training Specialist is a member of the ODA (Organizational Designation Authorization) Administration and Certification organization and is responsible for a wide range of training activities, to include delivering certification and ODA training, advising and developing training materials, and ensuring the accuracy of training records. This role will provide support to engineering, commercial programs, flight test and ODA personnel and is an integral part of the team, working closely with administrative staff, unit members, programs, and IT.
What you'll be doing as a Civil Certification Training Specialist
Provide Bell employees world class knowledge of commercial certification including the definitions, processes, procedures and application of the training materials.Conduct classroom instruction; develop courses and training aides to meet the Bell and FAA regulatory requirements.Improve, maintain, and update the accuracy of existing course material using Bell internal documentation.Implement/identify new techniques/technologies to improve the quality and delivery of course materials.Monitor Learning Management System data to ensure training records accuracy and timely fulfillment of the regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain working relationships with leaders supporting commercial programsMentor/ Train ad hoc SME Instructors as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in a related field or military/commercial training/trainer experience.Knowledge of, or ability to learn, the certification and ODA regulatory environment.Aviation or airworthiness experience preferred.Exceptional skills in MS Office, SharePoint and Multimedia programs.Minimum 2 years of experience in trainingExperience in similar training and development position preferred
